So we have a class called Character Makeup which consists of television makeup or theater makeup. Last Thursday i done a Television makeup (eg: News presenter) on Lauren. Because almost everything is HD nowadays we were told to use matte eye shadows because shimmery ones reflect too much. We also got a tip about eyes for theater makeup. We got told that the eyeliner should be extender just a little with another bit underneath so that the character on stage looks as though they have bigger eyes in the distance, pretty cool huh?
